Your subscription renews automatically based on your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual). You can manage or update your billing details anytime inside your account. No surprises, no hidden fees — just clear plans that scale with you.

Yes, you can try Vidimy for free for 14 days! You'll get the free trial on all our plans, so you can test out exactly what you need without paying anything upfront. 

If you are happy and would like to continue using the service after 14-days, you do not need to do anything. Our system will start charging the payment card on file automatically.

However, if you do not want to continue using the service after the 14-day trial, simply cancel the account inside the account settings in the Vidimy dashboard.

We honour all refund requests, provided they are sent within 30 days of your purchase.

If a payment doesn’t go through, don’t panic — we’ll send you a few friendly reminders so you can update your card details. Once payment is successful, your account is instantly reactivated.

Your videos will always be safe with us and they will still be working for a few more days. We will automatically try your cards on file again a few days later in case it was just some technical problem from the card provider or bank.

Yes, you’re in full control. Just go to your billing settings in, click “Cancel Subscription,” and your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. (We’ll be sad to see you go, but you can always come back.)
